This page explains how information submitted through forms and volunteer signups on the PA website is used.

What we collect

Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email address, and the information you submit about feedback, PA involvement, events, or volunteer needs. Website volunteer signups require a name and email so a spot can be reserved and confirmed. Your email is kept private; your name may be shown with a filled volunteer spot.

How it is used

Submissions are used by the Holy Rosary Parent Association to review feedback, connect interested volunteers with PA teams, organize volunteer requests and website signups, coordinate events, reserve volunteer spots, and follow up when needed.

Anonymous submissions

The feedback form may be submitted without a name or email. Volunteer interest and volunteer-request forms require contact information so the PA can follow up.
